Chargers win at Grayswood

Outstanding Service Award

The Chargers had a fun night at Grayswood for a mid-week match last week.

Losing the toss (as usual), sent the Chargers into bat first. Each pair did a great job adding runs, taking quick singles, edging it over the boundary and sneaking in some 2s. The Chargers finished on 319 for 1.

The Chargers headed into field, with a keen eye on the scoreboard. Starting strong, the Chargers took a wicket in the first over, with Al catching behind from Charlie B's bowling.

Despite some quick running, well placed shots and boundaries, the Chargers kept the pressure on. With some excellent teamwork, a couple more catches behind, a run out and a caught & bowled from Al, the Chargers kept Grayswood to 283 to take the win.

Congrats Chargers 👏
