Wanderers beat the Potterers

Our newly formed Walking Cricket team travelled to Normandy recently for a friendly fixture

Normandy Potterers batted first and despite a flurry of runs in the initial overs they were restricted to 150/4 (Net score 130). Chris with 2 and Pete and Sri with a 1 each were among the wickets.

The Wanderers in reply kept pace with the required rate and reached the target comfortably.

Chris iced his cake by being top scorer too with 28. A good game and well done everyone.
