Special Finish to the Season for our 3s

It was a special finish to the season for our 3rd XI with a convincing win over a very sporting Badshot Lea team who carried on in the drizzle.

Graham Sampson celebrated his final game for the club scoring 76 not out sharing a 70 run partnership with his son Neil to steer the Shotts to a total of 209.

Tea was a pucker cricket tea courtesy of Mark and Nikki Weekes.

After the interval Allan Jones wasted no time in the rain finishing the game in rapid time taking 9-19. Well done Allan.
