End of Season Celebrations for U15s

After a fantastic season, with plenty of cricket across 3 teams, there was much to celebrate at the end of season BBQ recently.

For the first time, the U15 squads were combined to reduce the risk of cancelling fixtures, which was largely successful, although midweek away matches remained challenging.

It was great to welcome girls into the squad playing alongside the boys and learning from each other. Several U14 players also became regular members of the U15 squad and we may seem some moving into U17 next year.

With the help of Ellie and Graham, we extended the season beyond the league programme by organising friendlies in August. Several players also made their debut in the men's teams - excellent to see and an important part of the continued development and future of Grayshott cricket.

The BBQ was also a great opportunity for players and parents alike to say a huge THANK YOU to Ross, who has been coaching for 17 years. Thank you for all your hard work, energy and commitment.
