130th Anniversary Gala Evening Celebration
Bringing together players, members past and present, and supporters, we celebrated our 130th anniversary at Lythe Hill.
The evening was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the club’s rich history, recognise the people who have helped shape it over the years, and look ahead to its future.
Guests were welcomed with a drinks reception accompanied by the talented vocals of Emily, before enjoying a delicious three-course dinner. Club Co-Chair Andy expertly hosted the evening as Master of Ceremonies, announcing the Men’s and Women’s awards for the 2026 season.
In recognition of their outstanding contributions to the club over many years, Ross Owen and Graham Sampson were also presented with special achievement awards, celebrating their dedication and commitment to Grayshott Cricket Club.
The celebrations continued well into the night, with guests filling the dance floor and dancing the night away to the epic sounds of the award-winning band, Black Cherry Jam.
A huge thank you goes to Al, Becca, Rav and Toby for all their hard work in organising such a special evening, and to everyone who helped make the celebrations so memorable.
Most importantly, Grayshott Cricket Club would like to thank everyone who has been part of the club over the past 130 years. From generations of players and supporters to those who have joined more recently, it is the people and the community behind the club that make it what it is today.
