TCYL - Two Counties Youth League
SEHDL - South East Hants District League
1988 was the first year of recorded success when Grayshott U17 achieved the League and Herald Cup double under the captaincy of Ben Deighan. This feat was repeated in 1990 in the same age group this time under the captaincy of Gary Clapham.
The 1990s proved a very successful decade as the club introduced a team at Under 11 age group and in 1993 Matthew Allen led the Under 11s to win the League. In 1994 Huw Stephens led the Under 17 team to victory in the Herald Cup against Alton. One year later in 1995, Alastair Lindsey Clark led the Under 11 team to victory in the League.
Trophies were then sparse for several years until 2007 when the Club started to see the benefit of starting an Under 9 side in 2005 when our Under 9 Lions side captained by Raveen Sriharan won a pulsating final by three runs against Guildford. In 2008 the Lions team led by Harrison Ward won the Two Counties Youth League for the second successive year when they beat Frensham in the final.
Our Under 15s under the captaincy of Alex Ward ventured into the South East Hants District League for the first time also won the 'B' league in 2008. Both our Under 11 and Under 15 side also reached the final of the Two Counties Youth League in 2008 making this year one of the most successful in the Club's history. In 2009 the Shotts won the U11 'B' league in the SEHDL after beating Fareham & Crofton in the final.
